Swami Navinanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj

Swami Navinanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj

Our Journey

Maa Ganga Yogshala was founded by Swami Navinanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, a revered Himalayan yogi who devoted his entire life to the sacred land of Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Born in 1948, Swamiji walked the yogic path with unwavering discipline and devotion.

His teachings extended far beyond physical asanas—he guided seekers toward a profound understanding of the self, emphasizing inner meditation, self-awareness, and spiritual awakening. Through his wisdom and compassion, he transformed countless lives, helping individuals reconnect with their true nature.

A lifelong devotee and servant of Maa Ganga, Swami Navinanand Saraswati Ji lived a life of simplicity, surrender, and selfless service. His spiritual journey was marked by deep reverence for the Divine Mother and an enduring commitment to the upliftment of humanity. Though he left his physical form in 2022, his teachings and blessings continue to inspire and guide seekers across generations.
